Raymor products are covered by warranties of up to 25 years*
Raymor is Tradelink's own brand, designed for Australian homes and backed by Tradelink. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Raymor products carry an extended warranty against genuine manufacturing defects in normal domestic use, starting from the date of purchase (or handover for new homes). If a covered fault appears within the warranty period, Tradelink will, at its choice, repair or replace the faulty product or component.

Some Raymor ranges are covered by their maker's own warranty, including Raymor baths, Care grab rails and shower seats, and Raymor water filters and filter cartridges. The warranty for these is shown in the product specifications. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires installation by a licensed plumber in line with Australian Standards and the installation instructions. It does not cover fair wear and tear, damage from harsh or abrasive cleaners, water pressure above 500kPa, debris in the water supply, or incorrect installation or use. Commercial food service settings are excluded.
