How your order arrives

Every price you see includes our standard delivery service. Smaller items like tapware and accessories travel by courier from our Sydney warehouse. Large and fragile products (think baths, vanities and toilets) ship from the closest of our five warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth with a specialised freight team, so the bulky items arrives in one piece.

Ordering a mix? Your delivery may arrive as more than one shipment. Every shipment is insured in transit. If anything cops a knock on the way, let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

What delivery costs

Use the delivery calculator on any product page, just under the Add to Cart button, or in your cart. Enter your postcode and you'll see the delivery cost and an estimated timeframe before you buy. For multi-item orders, add everything to your cart first and the calculator will price the whole delivery together.

How fast it gets there

• In stock: dispatched within 24 hours. Order before 11am and it leaves the same day, with most metro deliveries usually landing within 1 to 2 business days.
• Stocked by supplier: ordered with our supply partner as soon as you check out and usually dispatched within 48 hours. Timeframes vary by product, so check the calculator.
• Made to order: built for you right here in Australia. The product page calculator shows the current lead time.

Mixed order? It ships together at the longest lead time. Want your in-stock items sooner? Pop them in a separate order. You'll get a tracking link the moment your goods leave the warehouse, and you can check progress any time via Track Your Order.

Where we deliver

We deliver to your property. Heavy items on skids or pallets are delivered to the garage or carport of homes with a flat driveway. For apartments, multi-level properties, stairs or tricky access, please arrange an extra set of hands for after the drop-off, as drivers can't carry goods inside. If the install is coming up, line up your plumber or builder to help with the heavy lifting.

Delivery is available to most of Australia, using a combination of our own managed trucks in metro areas, plus TGE couriers and Australia Post servicing remote areas.

Some bulky items can't be delivered to remote locations. You'll see this on the product page and in the cart shipping calculator. If an item isn't available to your area, contact your local Tradelink store, they can arrange ordering and delivery closer to you.

If you need something urgently or looking to pickup in store, please contact your local store directly. Online orders are delivered only. Click & collect isn’t available on the website.

Renovating? Order early

Stock moves fast in the building game, and plenty of products rely partly on overseas supply. Once stock is on hand our trucks and carriers don't muck around, but ordering early is the surest way to keep your project on schedule. Need an alternative that's available right now?
