Smart Taps

Sick of grubby handles and taps left running? The Nero Mecca Sensor Tap in Matte White is a basin mounted tap that starts the flow when your hands go under it and stops once they move away. You can set the sensing distance anywhere from 50 to 150mm to suit the basin. It runs on mains power or batteries, your choice. There's a single inlet for cold water only, or warm water if you add a thermostatic mixing valve or tempering valve, which aren't included. The body is brass, and it's WELS 6 star rated at 6 litres a minute. Nero gives it a 2 year warranty. Also available in Brushed Bronze, Brushed Gold, Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Gun Metal and Matte Black.

• Touch free sensor, which means nothing to grab and less to wipe down
• Sensing distance adjusts between 50 and 150mm to suit your basin and how you use it
• Runs on mains power or battery, which gives you options for the install
• Single inlet for cold water, or warm water via a separate tempering or thermostatic mixing valve
• WELS 6 star at 6 litres a minute to keep water use down
• Brass body in a matte white finish
• Covered by a 2 year warranty

If you go with mains power, have a licensed electrician connect it, and ask your plumber about a tempering valve if you want warm water.

Team it with the Nero Mecca Hob Basin Mixer Set Arc Spout elsewhere in the house for a matching look.

Hands covered in flour, or juggling a full pot? Wave them past the Caroma Liano II Pull Down Sensor Sink Mixer with Dual Spray and the water starts without you touching a thing. It's a practical upgrade on a tired kitchen tap, and a solid pick for a new build. You still get traditional hot and cold handle operation when you want control, so nothing's lost. The brass body is built to last and carries the Liano II styling. It's WELS 5 star rated at 6lt/min, or 6 star at 4.5lt/min with the optional check valve. Caroma tapware is 100% leak tested and both designed and engineered in Australia: quality you can trust at a fair price. Suits residential and commercial jobs alike. Raw chicken hands, meet your match.

• Smart sensor activation for a more hygienic way to wash your hands or handle food, plus traditional handle control when you want it
• Pull down anti-coil hose extends your reach across the sink, with magnetic spray docking that snaps the head back into place
• Two spray functions, aerated flow and veggie spray, cover everyday rinsing and washing produce
• Swivel outlet with 140deg rotation moves easily around the sink and any dishes in it
• European Soft PEX hoses offer superior durability and a longer life, and are free from impurities
• Supplied with two handle options, the Liano II pin and Urbane II paddle designs, so you can match your kitchen
• Runs on mains and battery power to suit your setup

Sensor operation runs cold water only unless installed with a tempering valve (purchased separately or supplied by your plumber), which then makes the sensor run warm water only; for other temperatures, use the handle in the usual way. Setting the sensor to warm or hot is done at time of installation with standard plumbing accessories, which are not supplied. Best left to your plumber.

Team it with the matching Liano II range to complete the look.

Hands-free at the basin, no handle to touch. The Caroma Urbane II Sensor Hob Mounted Outlet Tap in Matte Black is a smart pick for busy bathrooms, commercial fit-outs and accessible spaces where hygiene matters. The infra red sensor gives you completely hands-free operation, so there's nothing to touch and less chance of spreading germs. It's built from solid brass for reliable performance in high-use applications, and every Caroma tap is 100% leak tested before it leaves the factory. It suits single temperature use with cold or pretempered water. An auto shut off cuts the flow after a few seconds, which keeps water use in check even when the last person walked off mid-wash. WELS 6 Star Rated at 4.5L/Min, designed and engineered in Australia, and backed by a 20 year warranty.

• Infra red sensor delivers 100% touch-free operation, ideal for infection control and hygiene
• Auto shut off after a few seconds, which reduces accidental water waste
• Solid brass construction stands up to heavy use over the long term
• IP65 water resistant sensor window and a remote mounted solenoid control box
• Dual Power solenoid control box with IPX4 rated water resistance and integrated battery backup, so the tap keeps working through a power outage
• Choice of mains powered, battery powered or battery backup to suit your site
• Can be installed to comply with AS1428.1 design for access and mobility requirements

Sensor tapware should be used with under counter basins or installed on the tap landing of the basin: check your setup or ask your plumber before ordering.

A matching soap dispenser is available to complete the look. Also available in Chrome, PVD Brushed Brass, PVD Brushed Nickel and PVD Gunmetal.

Want a tap you never have to touch? The Nero Claudia Sensor Mixer With White Top Display in Brushed Gold is a touchless basin tap for anyone upgrading to hands-free operation, whether you're refreshing a family bathroom or fitting out an investment property. An infrared sensor handles the flow. You turn the water on and off without laying a finger on it, which keeps things hygienic and saves water, because the mixer shuts off automatically when you step away. It's WELS 6 star rated at 5L/Min. The body is solid brass with a brushed gold finish, and the white top display reads easily at a glance. Backed by a 10 year warranty, it's quality you can trust at a fair price.

• Infrared sensor gives touchless operation, so the tap stays cleaner and there's less to wipe down
• Automatic shut-off when not in use, which conserves water and helps keep your bills in check
• White top display is clear and simple to use day to day
• Solid brass construction with a quality finish that stands up to daily use over the long term
• Covered by a 10 year warranty for peace of mind

Sensor taps need a power source, so check your setup and ask your plumber before ordering. Kids who forget to turn the tap off will love it, and so will you.

Also available in Chrome, Matte Black, Brushed Nickel, Gun Metal, Brushed Gold and Brushed Bronze.

The Nero Claudia Sensor Mixer with White Top Display in Brushed Nickel suits a straight swap from a manual tap, or a fresh basin fit-out. The top display keeps temperature and flow control within easy reach. Backed by a 10 year warranty: quality you can trust at a fair price.

• Infrared sensor gives touchless operation, so the tap only runs when it detects your hands
• Automatically shuts off when not in use, which conserves water and keeps the tap hygienic
• Solid brass construction with a quality finish that stands up to years of use
• White top display for straightforward temperature and flow control
• Covered by a 10 year warranty for peace of mind
