Under the basin, out of sight, doing one of the most important jobs in the room. The ADP Waterloo Bottle Trap in Matte Black is a solid pick whether you're swapping out an old trap that's started to smell or plumbing in a new basin. Like all bottle traps, it holds a small amount of water that seals off sewer gases, so odours stay out of your bathroom and debris stays out of your pipes. Assembly is straightforward, and it works just as well in a home as it does in a commercial fit-out. The matte black finish keeps things clean and understated, pairing neatly with modern basins and tapware. There's a 15 year warranty on it too: quality you can trust at a fair price.

• Water-seal design retains water in the trap, which blocks sewer gases and keeps odours from rising back into the room
• Traps debris before it reaches your pipes, helping keep the waste line clear
• Simple under-basin assembly, so your plumber can fit it quickly in both residential and commercial settings
• Matte black finish for a tidy, contemporary look that ties in with darker tapware and fittings
• Covered by a 15 year warranty for long-term peace of mind

Check that the trap suits your basin's waste outlet and available space before ordering. Need a hand? Ask your plumber.

Fitted a wall hung basin and now you're staring at a white plastic trap? The Caroma 40mm Bottle Trap in Gunmetal is the easy fix. It does the same job as the standard trap, it just looks a lot better doing it. The body's brass, so it'll handle years of use and outlast plenty of what's around it. The design is exposed, meaning the trap is on show, and the PVD gunmetal finish keeps it looking sharp down there. It connects at 40mm and comes with 2 kee seals, so it'll join to copper or plastic pipework. A simple way to make the plumbing below match the effort you've put in above.

• Brass construction that stands up to years of daily use, so you won't be back replacing it in a hurry
• PVD gunmetal finish for a durable, quality look that suits an exposed trap on show under the basin
• 40mm connection, made to suit wall hung vanities and basins with a matching 40mm outlet
• Supplied with 2 kee seals, so it connects to either copper or plastic pipework
• A tidy replacement for the standard plastic trap, turning a functional fitting into a feature

Check your basin's connection is 40mm before ordering, or ask your plumber to confirm the fit.

Fitted a wall hung basin and now the pipework's on show? The Caroma 40mm Bottle Trap in Brushed Nickel tidies that up in one straight swap. Pull out the standard plastic trap and you've got a neat, finished look where a plain one used to sit. It suits wall hung vanities and basins with a 40mm connection. The body's brass, so it'll take years of daily use, and the PVD brushed nickel finish holds its colour well. Two kee seals come in the box, which means it connects to copper or plastic pipework. Small job, and the one part of the basin you'd normally rather hide now looks the part.

• Brass construction that outlasts the bathroom around it, so you fit it once and forget about it
• PVD brushed nickel finish for a durable, consistent look under the basin
• 40mm connection to match wall hung vanities and basins with the same outlet
• Replaces the standard plastic trap, turning a purely functional part into a tidy finishing detail

Wall basin or open shelf vanity? Then the pipework's on show, and a standard plastic trap doesn't do it any favours. The ADP Subway Bottle Trap in Matte White tidies all that up for a clean, finished result. The 40mm connection suits most bathroom basins, so in many setups it's a straightforward swap. The height is adjustable too, which gives you room to line things up under the basin on install day. It's a simple upgrade that hides the plumbing and pulls the whole look together, at a fair price. Funny how the bit under the basin ends up being the bit people notice.

• 40mm connection fits most bathroom basins, making it an easy match for wall hung vanities
• Adjustable height, so you can set it to suit your basin and pipe run
• Matte White finish that works with exposed installs where the trap is part of the look
• Swaps out the plastic trap for a cleaner finish under open shelf units and wall basins

Check your basin's connection size before ordering, or ask your plumber to confirm the fit.

Under a wall hung basin, the trap is on show whether you like it or not. The Caroma 40mm Bottle Trap in Matte White/Chrome takes the place of the standard plastic trap and makes that exposed pipework look intentional. It suits basins with a 40mm connection. It's built from brass, so it holds up well to years of daily use, and the mixed matte white and chrome finish gives you a two-tone look that works with a range of bathroom styles. A tidy way to finish off exposed pipework where a plain plastic trap just doesn't cut it. Not many fittings under a basin are worth a second look. This one is.

• Brass construction stands up to constant use, so it lasts the distance under your basin
• Fits basins with a 40mm connection, making it a straight replacement for the plastic trap on Caroma wall hung basins
• Mixed matte white and chrome finish turns a functional fitting into a feature worth showing off
• Designed to suit Caroma wall hung basins and vanities where the trap is visible

Check your basin's connection size is 40mm before ordering, or ask your plumber if you're unsure.

Also available in chrome and black.

The Caroma 40mm Bottle Trap in Matte Black/Chrome swaps it out for something worth looking at, and it's designed to suit Caroma wall-hung basins. It's built from high-quality brass, so it'll last through years of use rather than needing replacing down the track.
