Inside, you get the comfortable shape of an oval bath, while the outer edge stays a simple rectangle to save space. It suits a range of bathers and room sizes. The bath is sanitary grade acrylic with a steel rod reinforced rim and a double reinforced base, so it feels solid underfoot. This listing comes in the 1675mm size, in white. The plug and waste aren't included, and we suggest a pop-down bath waste for its safety and easy servicing. Optional SIA headrests are available in black or white.

Should any warranty claim be made and attended to by a Caroma authorised Service Agent and, in the opinion of the Service Agent or Caroma, the problem was from faulty installation, use of the products in conjunction with products of another manufacturer, or some other cause other than a manufacturing defect for which Caroma is responsible, Caroma Industries Limited reserves the right to charge a service fee for each service staff attending the premises where products have been installed.

Planning for a large bath for the ultimate soaking time
If your bathroom has the room and you like to stretch right out, this is the range: baths over 1700mm long from Caroma, Bao Bath and Decina, in freestanding and back to wall designs that make the extra length a feature.
Large baths reward planning: a filled oversize tub is heavy, takes more hot water, and needs comfortable access space around it. Check floor structure and hot water capacity with your builder or plumber, allow clearance on the entry side, and always confirm your bath size and style with your plumber before purchasing.
Who needs a bath over 1700mm?
Taller bathers who want a full recline, and larger bathrooms where a standard bath would look lost. The extra length turns a soak into a proper stretch.
What should I check before buying an extra-long bath?
Floor structure for the filled weight, hot water system capacity for the bigger fill, and access clearances. Your builder or plumber can confirm all three quickly.
Do large baths take long to fill?
Longer than a standard bath, in proportion to their volume. A higher-flow bath filler helps; compare fill volumes in the specs if this matters to you.
Are baths over 1700mm freestanding or inset?
Mostly freestanding and back to wall designs, since rooms with this much space tend to show the bath off. Confirm waste position and tapware plan with your plumber early.
