Hard to turn a tap with sore hands? The Caroma Elegance Lever Basin Set in Chrome is a three piece basin set: hot and cold quarter turn taps with extended lever handles, plus a swivel basin outlet. The long levers are easy to see and easy to push with a wrist or the heel of a hand, which is why Caroma rates this set as suitable for aged care. It's lead free brass (under 0.25% lead) that meets the new lead free WaterMark standard, with quarter turn ceramic discs for smooth, drip free control. WELS 5 star at 6.0 litres a minute. Red, blue and yellow indicator rings come in the box so you can mark hot, cold and warm. Backed by a 20 year warranty (see the Caroma warranty document for what is covered). Made in China.

• Quarter turn ceramic disc tap bodies, so on and off is a quick, light movement

Three tap holes and a basin set that's started to drip? The Nero Mecca Lever Basin Set Arc Spout in Matte White is a three-piece set: a curved spout with a lever handle either side, so you keep the familiar hot and cold layout. The spout swivels through 180 degrees to give you room at the bowl. Underneath, a T-shaped copper connection has adjustable spacing, so the handles and spout can be set to line up with the holes you already have. The 1/4 turn cartridge gives quick, precise control. The body is brass, and it's WELS 5 star, using 5 litres a minute. Overall width is 396mm. The warranty runs for 25 years. Also available in Brushed Bronze, Brushed Gold, Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Gun Metal and Matte Black.

Old three-piece basin set past its best? The Nero York Basin Set With Metal Lever in Matte Black gives you a swivel spout and two metal lever handles, with a mixing tube in the box to join them up. The levers work on a quarter turn ceramic cartridge, so it's a short twist from off to full flow. Everything is solid brass, and a Neoperl aerator shapes the stream so it doesn't splash about. Flow is 6 litres a minute, rated WELS 5 star. The set measures 391mm across, so check the spacing on your basin or bench. Nero covers it for 25 years. Also available in Aged Brass and Brushed Nickel.

• Metal lever handles on a quarter turn ceramic cartridge, so it's quick to go from off to full flow
• Solid brass throughout for a set that handles years of use
• Swivel spout that lets you move the water where you need it in the basin
• Neoperl aerator with a slim flow director for a tidy stream and less splash
• 6 litres a minute flow with a WELS 5 star rating, which keeps water use down
• Spout, two handles and mixing tube all in the box, finished in matte black
• 25 year warranty, which says plenty about the build

It's a three-piece set, so measure your tap hole layout before you order, or ask your plumber.

Round it out with other Nero York tapware in the same finish.

Three-hole basin and the old set is dripping? The Raymor Armada Lever Handle Basin Set in Chrome is a three piece set for basins with three tap holes: a hot tap, a cold tap and a gooseneck spout, all hob mounted. It's the easy fix when you don't want to cut a new single-hole vanity top just to replace a tired set. The lever handles are simple to turn, and the raised gooseneck spout leaves room to fill a jug or wash your hands without knuckles hitting the basin. It's lead free brass with a chrome electroplated finish and rated WELS 5 star at 6.0 litres a minute, so the water bill stays sensible. Backed by a 15 year warranty on the body, spout, spindles, flanges, handles, aerator and fittings, 5 years on the finish and 1 year on seals and labour.

• Three piece set, hot, cold and gooseneck spout, made for basins with three tap holes
• Hob mounted, so it sits on the vanity top like the set it's replacing
• Gooseneck spout with a raised reach, which gives you clearance for washing hands and filling cups
• Lever handles that are easy to use for kids and older hands alike
• Lead free brass body under a chrome electroplated finish, built to last

Want old-school cross handles on the basin without an old-school drip? The Raymor Alpha Cross Handle Basin Set in Black gives you separate hot and cold taps plus a fixed gooseneck spout, which is the standard layout for basins with three holes. The cross handles and rounded body suit older homes and traditional bathrooms. Both taps use jumper valves, so a drip down the track is a new washer, not a new tap. Lead free brass throughout, under a black electroplated finish. The spout stands 194mm high with a 124mm reach and is WELS 5 star rated at 6.0 litres a minute. Warranty is 15 years on the body, spout, spindles, flanges and handles, with 5 years on the finish. Also available in Chrome and Brushed Nickel.

• Three piece set: hot tap, cold tap and gooseneck spout for basins with three tap holes
• Jumper valve taps, which means a worn washer is a quick, low-cost fix rather than a new tap
• Cross handles that are easy to turn and suit a traditional look

Replacing a three piece basin set? The Raymor Alpha Cross Handle Basin Set in Brushed Nickel gives you separate hot and cold taps plus a fixed gooseneck spout, which is the standard layout for basins with three holes. The cross handles and rounded body suit older homes and traditional bathrooms. Both taps use jumper valves, so a drip down the track is a new washer, not a new tap. Lead free brass throughout, under a brushed nickel electroplated finish. The spout stands 194mm high with a 124mm reach and is WELS 5 star rated at 6.0 litres a minute. Warranty is 15 years on the body, spout, spindles, flanges and handles, with 5 years on the finish. Also available in Black.

• Three piece set: hot tap, cold tap and gooseneck spout for basins with three tap holes
• Jumper valve taps, which means a worn washer is a quick, low-cost fix rather than a new tap
• Cross handles that are easy to turn and suit a traditional look
• Fixed gooseneck spout, 194mm high with a 124mm reach, so there's room to wash your hands under it
• WELS 5 star at 6.0 litres a minute for lower water use without a weak flow
• Lead free brass body with a brushed nickel electroplated finish
• 15 year warranty on the body, spout, spindles, flanges, handles and fittings, 5 years on the finish

Hob mounted, for basins with three tap holes and water pressure between 150 and 500kPa. Not sure your basin has the right spacing? Ask your plumber before you order.

Got a basin with three tap holes? The Nero Mecca Lever Basin Set Arc Spout in Matte Black is built for exactly that: two lever handles and a separate arc spout, ready to replace tired tapware or finish off a new vanity. The curved spout and solid cylindrical levers give a clean, modern look that sits well in plenty of bathrooms. It's made from lead-free DZR brass with a matte black finish, so it keeps its looks and resists corrosion. A 1/4 turn cartridge handles the flow, and it's 5 star WELS rated at 5L/Min. Nero backs it with a 25 year warranty, which says plenty about how long they expect it to stay put.

• Arc spout swivels a full 180 degrees, so you get flexible reach and easy access around the basin
• 1/4 turn cartridge for smooth, precise control over water flow
• T-shaped copper connection is built to last and allows adjustable spacing between the handles and spout, handy for matching your basin layout
• Lead-free DZR brass body stands up to daily use and resists corrosion
• Matte black finish for a defined, modern presence at the basin
• Backed by a 25 year warranty for long-term peace of mind

Three tap holes in the basin? Then a three-piece set is what you're after. The Nero Mecca Lever Basin Set with Arc Spout in Gun Metal gives you separate hot and cold lever handles plus a matching spout, so the look stays balanced across the basin. The curved arc spout swivels through 180 degrees, which means you can push it clear when you're filling a bucket or giving the bowl a wipe. Underneath, a T-shaped copper connection lets you adjust the spacing between the handles and the spout to suit your basin layout. Each handle runs on a 1/4 turn cartridge for smooth, controlled flow. It's 5 star WELS rated at 5L/Min. Backed by a 25 year warranty, which tells you plenty.
