The Phoenix Radii Heated Towel Ladder 550 x 740mm Round Plate in Brushed Carbon is a stainless steel ladder rail that runs on 240V at 35W, which is a low draw for something you leave on. It's IPX4 rated for bathroom use and can be plugged in or hard-wired, with the cable exiting through the bottom right vertical tube, so plan the power point or wiring to that side. It measures 575mm wide and 738mm high overall, and the round wall plates match the other Radii round plate accessories. Phoenix covers the product, parts and finish for 7 years. You'll need a licensed electrician for a hard-wired install, and a plug-in one still needs a power point in the right bathroom zone.

Should any warranty claim be made and service attended to by a Phoenix authorised Service Agent whereby the installation has been assessed as an installation fault and not a product fault, or from some other cause other than a manufacturing defect, Phoenix reserves the right to charge a service fee for attending and/or any work carried out.
