The Oliveri Professional Series Waste Flange Adaptor is the stainless steel flange that connects an Oliveri square waste sink to an InSinkErator disposal unit. Without it the round disposer mount won't seal to the square outlet. It's a straight swap for the standard waste flange and your plumber fits it when the disposer goes in. 1 year warranty.
