Oliveri Apollo Bamboo Chopping Board

Short on prep space next to an Apollo sink? The Oliveri Apollo Bamboo Chopping Board sits across the top of the Oliveri Apollo bowl, which turns the sink into a chopping station and lets you brush scraps straight into the bowl. It measures 425 x 20 x 210mm in solid bamboo. Lift it off when you're done and the sink is clear again. Covered by a 1 year warranty on replacement parts.

• Sized to sit on top of Oliveri Apollo sinks
• Solid bamboo at 20mm thick, which stays flat under a knife
• Scraps push straight into the bowl below while you chop
• 425 x 210mm surface, enough for a loaf or a head of lettuce
• 1 year warranty on replacement parts

Hand wash and dry it after use so the bamboo lasts.

Team it with the Oliveri Sonetto and Apollo Main Bowl Protector to keep the bowl beneath scratch free.
