Caroma products are covered by warranties of up to a Lifetime*

Caroma products are manufactured to the highest standard and in addition to the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, they offer extended warranty periods from the date of purchase or handover that their products are free from all defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their website, for additional peace of mind.

• Concealed Toilet Buttons – 5 year replacement product; 1 year parts & labour
• Electronic Bidet Seat – 2 year replacement product or parts (excludes consumable parts such as filters)

*Excludes inlet and outlet valve washers – 1 year parts and labour only.

Geberit Cisterns are covered by a 25 Year spare parts warranty and 15 Years on the tank and frames.

Accessibility/maintenance: the dual-flush plate acts as the button and provides the access required for servicing the internal parts of the cistern. For After Sales & Service enquiries you can contact Geberit directly on 1800 GEBERIT for assistance.

Should any warranty claim be made and attended to by a Caroma authorised Service Agent and, in the opinion of the Service Agent or Caroma, the problem was from faulty installation, use of the products in conjunction with products of another manufacturer, or some other cause other than a manufacturing defect for which Caroma is responsible, Caroma Industries Limited reserves the right to charge a service fee for each service staff attending the premises where products have been installed.
