Phoenix Tapware

Wall mounted taps over the basin or bath due for a change? The Phoenix Cromford SwitchMix Wall Basin / Bath Mixer Set in Chrome puts a single lever mixer and a wall spout on a shared backplate, with a plain, workmanlike look. It's the complete kit, the SwitchMix rough-in body for the wall cavity and the fit-off set you see. Later, you can change the look with another SwitchMix fit-off set, without disturbing the tiles. The body is lead free brass. A free-flow aerator comes in the box for use over a bath, so filling isn't slow. It measures 185mm wide, 182mm deep and 80mm high, and is WELS 5 star rated. Made in China. Covered by a 15 year cartridge warranty, 7 years on parts and finish, 1 year on labour. Also available in Matte Black and Brushed Nickel.

• Complete kit with the rough-in body and the fit-off set, which covers a new install or a full swap
• SwitchMix body so you can change the finish or design later without opening the wall
• Lead free brass composition for a replacement tap you can trust on drinking water
• Free-flow aerator in the box, so a bath fills at a decent rate
• WELS 5 star rated, so it keeps water use sensible over a basin
• Chrome finish with a 7 year finish warranty
• 15 years on the cartridge, 7 years on parts, 1 year on labour

Wall mounted over a basin or bath. Ask your plumber to set the rough-in height before the wall is sheeted.

Cromford sits alongside the other Phoenix SwitchMix wall sets, like Vask, if you're matching across rooms.

Basin mixer dripping or looking dated? The Phoenix Kusabi Basin Mixer in Brushed Nickel sits low over the bowl, and one lever handles both temperature and flow. The aerator is tucked up inside the spout, so there's no nozzle sticking out to collect limescale. It's WELS 6 star at 4.5 litres a minute, and it's built from lead free brass around a 28mm ceramic disc cartridge. Kusabi is SwitchMix compatible, which means you can switch to another Phoenix look later and keep the same pipework. The range also picked up a 2025 iF Design Award. Cover runs to 15 years on the cartridge, 7 years on the product, parts and finish, and 1 year on labour. Also available in Chrome, Matte Black and Brushed Carbon.

• Single lever sets temperature and flow in one easy movement
• Aerator recessed inside the spout, so there's less to catch limescale
• WELS 6 star at 4.5 litres a minute to cut water use at the basin
• Lead free brass body and 28mm ceramic disc cartridge, with 15 years of cover on the cartridge
• Clean, squared lines in brushed nickel that suit a simple, modern vanity
• SwitchMix compatible, so a change of style later keeps the same plumbing
• 178mm tall with 131mm to the spout and a 131mm reach

Needs 150 to 500kPa water pressure. Check the 131mm reach lands well inside your basin bowl before you buy.

Match it with the Kusabi flexible hose sink mixer and the rest of the Kusabi range.

Wall mixer in, spout still to choose? The Phoenix Kusabi Wall Basin / Bath Outlet 200mm in Chrome is the spout only, reaching 201mm from the wall, and it pairs with its own wall mixer, or with wall top assemblies, for a complete set. The recessed aerator fitted inside suits a basin and keeps the underside tidy, and a free flow aerator comes in the box for bath use. It connects with a push fit, which keeps fit-off simple for your plumber. Made from lead free brass, it's rated WELS 6 star at 4.5 litres a minute. Warranty is 7 years on the product or parts and on the finish, plus 1 year labour. Also available in Brushed Carbon, Brushed Nickel and Matte Black.

• Recessed aerator for basin use, so the underside stays clean
• Free flow aerator included for a quicker bath fill

• WELS 6 star at 4.5 litres a minute to keep water use low
• Finished in chrome on lead free brass, in the squared Kusabi profile

Putting an above-counter basin on the vanity? The Phoenix Kusabi Vessel Mixer in Chrome stands 246mm tall, with the spout 199mm up and a 179mm reach, so it sits high enough for an above-counter basin. The body is lead free brass, and it's rated WELS 6 star at 4.5 litres a minute. Being SwitchMix compatible, it can swap to another Phoenix look or finish down the track. Warranty covers the cartridge for 15 years, product or parts and finish for 7 years and labour for 1 year. Also available in Brushed Carbon, Matte Black and Brushed Nickel.

Doing a shower from scratch and want the mixer sorted in one box? The Phoenix Kusabi SwitchMix Shower / Wall Mixer in Brushed Carbon is the complete kit: the rough-in body for inside the wall, the visible fit-off trim and the SwitchMix cartridge, all supplied together. One lever sets temperature and flow. Because it runs on SwitchMix, you can later change the visible trim to another Phoenix design or finish without breaking into the wall. It's lead free brass, 117mm high and 108mm deep, and runs on 150 to 500kPa. Warranty is 15 years on the cartridge, 7 years on the product or parts and on the finish, and 1 year on labour. Also available in Brushed Nickel, Matte Black and Chrome.

• Complete kit with rough-in body, fit-off trim and SwitchMix cartridge, so there's nothing extra to buy for the mixer
• Patented SwitchMix cartridge lets you swap the trim for a different Phoenix design or finish down the track, with no tiles lifted
• Suits any SwitchMix compatible Phoenix collection if your taste changes
• Single lever that handles temperature and flow in one movement
• Finished in brushed carbon over lead free brass, in the squared Kusabi shape
• 15 year cartridge warranty, plus 7 years on product or parts and on the finish

Kitchen mixer that can't reach the corners of the sink? The Phoenix Kusabi Flexible Hose Sink Mixer 200mm in Chrome has a handpiece that lifts from its cradle, so you can aim water around the sink rather than working under one fixed point. Two spray functions cover rinsing and everyday filling, and the hose is matte black silicone, soft and flexible in your hand. It's built from lead free brass with a 25mm ceramic disc cartridge, and it's WELS 5 star at 5.5 litres a minute. Kusabi is SwitchMix compatible, so you can change to a different Phoenix style or finish down the track. Phoenix covers the cartridge for 15 years, the product, parts and finish for 7 years, and labour for 1 year. Also available in Brushed Carbon, Brushed Nickel and Matte Black.

• Handpiece lifts from its cradle, so you can rinse the far side of the sink with ease
• Two spray functions for a steady stream or a softer spray, depending on the job
• Matte black silicone hose that stays soft and flexible rather than stiffening up
• Squared Kusabi lines in a chrome finish to suit a modern kitchen
• Lead free brass body and 25mm ceramic disc cartridge, with 15 years of cover on the cartridge
• WELS 5 star at 5.5 litres a minute, which keeps water use in check

Putting an above-counter basin on the vanity? The Phoenix Kusabi Vessel Mixer in Brushed Carbon stands 246mm tall, with the spout 199mm up and a 179mm reach, so it sits high enough for an above-counter basin. The aerator is recessed inside the spout, so there's no nozzle poking out underneath. A single lever runs temperature and flow through a 28mm ceramic disc cartridge. Also available in Matte Black, Brushed Nickel and Chrome.

• Tall 246mm body that stands clear of a vessel basin's rim
• 199mm spout height and 179mm reach to put water where you need it in a vessel bowl
• Recessed aerator inside the spout for a clean underside
• WELS 6 star at 4.5 litres a minute, so you use less water at every wash
• Finished in brushed carbon over lead free brass, with squared Kusabi lines
• 28mm ceramic disc cartridge backed by a 15 year warranty
• SwitchMix compatible, letting you move to another Phoenix look without replumbing

Suits 150 to 500kPa. Check that your basin height plus the mixer height sits comfortably for the people using it.

Basin mixer dripping or looking dated? The Phoenix Kusabi Basin Mixer in Chrome sits low over the bowl, and one lever handles both temperature and flow. Also available in Matte Black, Brushed Carbon and Brushed Nickel.

• Clean, squared lines in chrome that suit a simple, modern vanity
• SwitchMix compatible, so a change of style later keeps the same plumbing
• 178mm tall with 131mm to the spout and a 131mm reach

Needs 150 to 500kPa water pressure. Check the 131mm reach lands well inside your basin bowl before you buy.

Match it with the Kusabi flexible hose sink mixer and the rest of the Kusabi range.

New shower going in? The Phoenix Kusabi SwitchMix Shower / Wall Mixer in Brushed Nickel is the complete kit: the rough-in body for inside the wall, the visible fit-off trim and the SwitchMix cartridge, all supplied together. Also available in Matte Black, Brushed Carbon and Chrome.

• Finished in brushed nickel over lead free brass, in the squared Kusabi shape
• 15 year cartridge warranty, plus 7 years on product or parts and on the finish

Designed for 150 to 500kPa water pressure. Your plumber fits the rough-in body before tiling, then the trim goes on at fit-off.

Match it with a Kusabi vessel mixer or wall outlet in the same finish.

Kitchen mixer that can't reach the corners of the sink?
