Phoenix Tapware warrants that the products manufactured by Phoenix Tapware for any consumers who use them in any residential home will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the periods specified below (each period commencing on the date of purchase, or for new buildings, the date of handover).

Showers

• LuxeXP – Lifetime replacement products or parts, 1 year labour
• NX Showers – Lifetime replacement products or parts, 1 year labour
• Standard Showers – 15 Years replacement product or parts, 1 year labour
• Coloured Finish – Lifetime on NX & LuxeXP showers, 3 Years on standard showers

Sinks

• Stainless Steel Sinks – Lifetime on sink structure, 3 years on coloured stainless steel sinks, 1 year replacement parts & labour, 1 year sink waste
• Quartz Resin Sinks – Lifetime on sink structure and finish, 1 year replacement parts & labour, 1 year sink waste

Accessories

• Standard Finish – 7 Years replacement product or parts
• Coloured Finish – 7 Years replacement product or parts

Wastes & Traps

• 1 Year replacement product or parts

Should any warranty claim be made and service attended to by a Phoenix authorised Service Agent whereby the installation has been assessed as an installation fault and not a product fault, or from some other cause other than a manufacturing defect, Phoenix reserves the right to charge a service fee for attending and/or any work carried out.
