Q: Where do you deliver?

Delivery is offered to customers in most locations. A delivery fee will apply based on the location, size, and service requested. Tradelink does not deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers. Tradelink will not deliver to places that are unreasonable to get to or destinations that we might consider a risk for our drivers. Delivery points requiring ferries, boats or other transportable craft other than our own delivery fleet vehicles may require and extra delivery fee. Alternatively it may be possible to discuss a safe approved drop off point for your delivery. We will require written authority for this. In these circumstances, please contact your Tradelink Branch Manager to make these arrangements and to discuss an appropriate fee. For remote areas and places where our drivers must travel more than 100km an extra fee may apply. Please speak to your Tradelink Branch Manager to quote this fee.

Q: How long will delivery take?

Delivery times may vary due to product availability, size of item/s or proximity to delivery location.

Q: How much will delivery cost?

Delivery costs may vary due to product size and delivery location. For online orders of tapware over $100 value, delivery is free of charge. For all other items, our fees including GST are as follows: Small size items- eg: Tapware $25. Medium size items-eg. Basin: $45. Large size items- eg. Bath:$70. When purchasing multiple items of different size, the delivery fee will be based on the largest size item. Please Note: For remote areas and places where our drivers must travel more than 100km an extra fee may apply. Please speak to your Tradelink Branch Manager to quote this fee.

Q: Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

The person who placed the order (or pre-determined representative) must be present to sign for the goods. Photo identification may be requested. We will contact you to organise a delivery time that works for you. If you are not able to be present for the delivery, please arrange an Authority to Leave with the Tradelink reprensentative. For Online orders, please note any instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions/ Order Comments' box at Check-Out. If you have given an Authority to Leave at your property or building site, the items are at your risk and you are responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration to them.

Q: Can I buy online and pick up at a store?

Yes. Most online items are available for Click and Collect.

Q: Can I chose which store I can pick up from?

Yes. When you purchase products online and select Click & Collect, the default store will be what you selected as “Favourite Store” at the beginning of the purchase process. If you need to change this, simply click on “Favourite Store” at the top left-hand side of the screen, and select your preferred Click & Collect store.

Q: What do need to bring to collect my order?

Please bring your confirmation email or tax invoice and photo ID to present for collection.

We ask that you collect your order within 14 days of the items being available for collection.
