The person who placed the order (or pre-determined representative) must be present to sign for the goods. Photo identification may be requested. We will contact you to organise a delivery time that works for you.

If you are not able to be present for the delivery, please arrange an Authority to Leave with the Tradelink reprensentative. For Online orders, please note any instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions/ Order Comments' box at Check-Out. If you have given an Authority to Leave at your property or building site, the items are at your risk and you are responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration to them.
