If you’re working on the Sunny Coast, we’ve got some news to get your week off to a great start! Today we opened a brand new trade store at Warana as part of our bold expansion strategy that will see Tradelink significantly expand our national footprint over the coming years.
Tradelink’s Head of Operations (North), Gary Leeson said that Warana was selected to improve travel times for customers and for its proximity to local development projects and refurbishment and maintenance areas.
“Our new store at Warana essentially fills the gap between our existing stores at Caloundra and Kunda Park,” he said. “We know that plumbers prefer not to travel more than 15 minutes from a job to get parts, so by positioning our stores closer to where they’re working, we’re helping local tradies get what they need and get back to site faster.
“The Sunshine Coast is one of Queensland's fastest growing regions, with new developments such as the Sunshine Coast Public University Hospital, a mix of high and medium-density construction, and plenty of plumbers servicing the renovation and maintenance markets. We saw this as an opportunity to support the local trade community.”
Having worked in the plumbing supplies business for more than 20 years, including seven years with Tradelink, Branch Manager, Craig Ireland and his team are knowledgeable and experienced.
“The new Warana team have been in the game for years, so plumbers can be assured they’ll be speaking to someone who has the know-how to help tackle any plumbing problem,” said Gary.
