A message to our customers

Tradelink branches remain open and trading! We continue to follow the government and public health advice to ensure your safety when visiting our stores.

As we continue to navigate this current wave of COVID-19, we ask customers and visitors to our branches to follow the established COVID-safe practices whilst on our premises.

Signage will be clearly displayed at the entry point requesting customers scan in using the relevant state check-in app.

To ensure we can continue to trade safely there are COVID-Safe business practices in place, these include:

• Masks remain mandatory and must be worn when entering Tradelink premises.
• Social distancing with a minimum of 1.5m to be always maintained.  A branch capacity limit is in place and is displayed via posters.
• Additional cleaning schedules are in place to ensure both the safety of our customers and staff.
• Contactless customer pick-up or delivery remain available. We encourage all customers to utilise our contactless options.

As the situation continues to evolve, some branches may be impacted with temporary closures where team members are required to isolate. Please continue to check this site as well as our social channels for the most up-to-date information. If in doubt, call ahead to your local store before visiting.

A message to our customers

We’re delighted to welcome you back to our Tradelink showrooms. As COVID restrictions ease in New South Wales, Tradelink continues to follow the government and public health advice to ensure the safety of our teams and customers. In line with the steps in the state roadmap, we ask customers and visitors to our stores to follow the established COVID-safe practices whilst on our premises.

Signage will be clearly displayed at the entry point requesting customers scan in using the Service NSW QR App.

To ensure we can continue to trade safely there are additional Covid Safe business practices in place, these include:

• Masks remain mandatory and must be worn when entering Tradelink premises.

• Additional cleaning schedules are in place to ensure both the safety of our customers and staff.

Following the announcement by the state government, from 5.00pm Thursday 12 August 2021 ACT will enter a seven-day lockdown to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Following the announcement by the state government, from 4.00pm Sunday 8 August 2021, Cairns and Yarrabah communities will enter a three-day lockdown ending 11 August at 4pm to slow the spread of COVID-19.

What you need to know

Following today’s announcement by the QLD Government, impacted branches in the greater Queensland region have implemented additional restrictions as we enter a three-day lockdown, effective 6pm Tuesday 29^th June (to be reviewed Friday 2^nd Jul).

All showrooms continue to remain open but will now operate out of one entry point. To minimise the spread, we advise you utilise our online services.

Masks remain mandatory

You must wear a fitted face mask in impacted branches in South – East Queensland.

As communicated by the QLD government, only essential reasons permit you to leave your residence. We remain available via our website and via virtual consultation to support you.

Government QR Code Check – In App

In line with Government guidelines, you are still required to register your visit to Tradelink Showrooms using the Governments QR code tracer app. We will have QR codes printed and accessible throughout our stores for you to use, hands-free. Be sure to save your details in the app for a quicker check – in!

What you need to know

 Tradelink Coronavirus Update: Metro and Regional Victoria

Government restrictions and lockdowns across metro-Melbourne will ease from 11.59 pm 10th June, however a raft of restrictions will remain in place. Our showrooms are now open to the public both regionally and in metro- Melbourne.
Government restrictions have declared the existing 10km travel limit will be to 25km, and the low coronavirus positivity rates will see the five reasons to leave home overturned.

Masks remain mandatory
Masks remain mandatory both indoors and outdoors when you leave the home. Please ensure you wear a mask adhere to COVIDSafe restrictions in place when you leave the home.

 Tradelink Coronavirus Update: Metro and Regional Victoria

Government restrictions across metro-Melbourne have been extended and will remain in place for a further seven days (3 June – 9 June). During this time our showrooms will remain closed to the public.
Remain safe at home
Government restrictions have declared limited reasons to leave the home, including; shopping for food/ supplies, authorised work, care giving and exercise. At this time, we recommend you shop online for your safety. Virtual consultations are still available and can be booked online for assistance when shopping with Tradelink.

Masks remain mandatory
Masks remain mandatory both indoors and outdoors when you leave the home. Please ensure you wear a mask adhere to COVIDSafe restrictions in place when you leave the home.

Regional – what you need to know

From 4th June, Government restrictions across regional Victoria will ease – our showrooms have now re-opened and will remain open as per usual.

Government QR Code Check- In App.
In line with Government guidelines, you are required to register your visit to Tradelink Trade Branches using the Governments QR code tracer app. We will have QR codes printed out and accessible throughout our stores for you to use, hands-free. Be sure to save your details in the app for a quicker check – in!

Masks remain mandatory
Masks remain mandatory both indoors and outdoors when you leave the home. Please ensure you wear a mask when visiting any of our showrooms across Victoria and adhere to COVIDSafe restrictions in place.
